Weekly Summaries 1

We have learned the following during the first two days of class:

• Digital literacy: It’s when you write and talk in a digital language rather than a normal language like Spanish.

• Digital Citizenship: To learn about the history of the internet and how it went from the open web to the more closed limited websites (like YouTube, for example)

• Digital Praxis: also known as practice, you learn from the different nodes and start practicing through classwork and homework.

• And, finally, we started setting up the different UMW domains and websites to prepare for our final projects.
